4 Drops of Geranium Oil

3 Drops of Clary Sage Oil

2 Drops of Lemon Oil

Next step, pour the heavy cream into a bowl and mix it together with the geranium oil, lemon oil and the clary sage. After that, whisk them together until all the said ingredients are combined. Keep it inside the fridge with cover.

By the time you are going to the bathroom to take a bath, take the celtic sea water and then place it under the running water from the faucet. Once it is dissolved, you can pour in the cream and the mixture that you placed in the fridge. Place it in your arms and foot and gently rub it onto your body while in the water.

Once they are all dissolved, soak in the tub for about 20 to 30 minutes. This is enough for the oils and salt to get in contact with your skin.

After you have bathe, you can rinse off the oil in the shower before drying yourself.
